Can I perform a parking operation of my BMW from outside my vehicle using the My BMW App?

If your BMW and your smartphone support data transfer of the BMW Digital Key Plus via "ultra-wideband" (UWB), you can park your BMW and drive out of parking spaces remotely using the "Remote Control Parking" function in the My BMW App.

 

Compatible BMW models:

Available for BMW models with BMW Operating System 8 (service pack 2021), BMW Operating System 8.5 or BMW Operating System 9 with the "Parking Assistant Professional" as option ex works.

 

Compatible smartphones:

Available for iPhone with iOS 15+ or newer and Android smartphones with Android 13.1 or newer. You need the latest version of the My BMW App on your smartphone and Bluetooth® must be activated. You must be within 6 meters of your vehicle.
