How do I recognize a BMW eDrive zone in my BMW plug-in hybrid vehicle?

As soon as you enter a BMW eDrive zone with your BMW plug-in hybrid vehicle, your vehicle automatically changes (if battery is sufficiently charged) to purely electric drive mode. A popup notification will appear in your vehicle's display when passing an eDrive zone entry and exit limit. While driving within an eDrive zone, there will be a warning if the combustion engine is started. There is also a visualization of eDrive zone as preview map and in the main map.
