Do I need a paper title? If so, can I rush this request?

Certain states require BMW Financial Services to order a paper title in order to complete the vehicle registration for the Lease Transfer. If a paper title is ordered, please expect an additional 7-10 business days to complete the Lease Transfer, perhaps longer depending on local DMV delays. There is no option to expedite the paper title request as this is dependent on the State’s title process. Please note that California requires a physical paper title, and depending on California title volume, it may take an additional 3-4 weeks for a paper title to be delivered to BMW Financial Services.
