Where can I manage the communication preferences for my BMW ID?

You can manage the communication preferences for your BMW ID, e.g. your consent to advertising communications from BMW of North America, in the My BMW App or in the My BMW portal on the Internet.

 

In the My BMW App, select:

  • "Profile" (tab) 
  • Settings (gear icon at the top right)
  • Under "Permissions" select  "Marketing communication"
  • Scroll down to "Communication Preferences for BMW of North America" and select your preferences.
  • "Save"

 

In the My BMW portal:

  • Open My Garage  and log in with your BMW ID.
  • Click on the "Profile" icon in the navigation bar
  • Select: "My profile"
  • Under "Permissions" select  "Marketing communication"
  • Scroll down to "Communication Preferences for BMW of North America" and select your preferences.
  • "Save"

 

You can change your consents at any time or revoke them with effect for the future.
