How do I delete my BMW ID in the My BMW App?

 

To delete your BMW ID in the My BMW App, select:

 

  • "Profile" (tab)
  • "Account data"
  • "BMW ID Deletion" (at the bottom of the page)
  • "Delete"

 

Please be aware that by deleting your BMW ID, you are not able to use digital services like BMW ConnectedDrive, BMW Charging, BMW Financial Services, and many others. After deletion, you can no longer use your BMW ID to log in to the My BMW App, to all BMW Group web pages and to all vehicles connected to your BMW ID.  All personal data and settings saved for your BMW ID will be permanently deleted.
