To save or change your preferred BMW service center, select the following in the My BMW App:
- "BMW services and stores" (tab - shopping bag with car icon fourth one on bottom row)
- Under the "Service and maintenance" header, select "Preferred service center"
- "Preferred service center"
- "Find a service center"
- Select BMW Center from the list.
You can contact your preferred BMW service center via the My BMW App or schedule a service appointment.
Please note: Some BMW Centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the app.
The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW Center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
