How do I cancel a service appointment with my preferred BMW service center in the My BMW App?

To cancel a service appointment with your preferred BMW service center in the My BMW App, select: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Show appointment" ("My Dealer") > "Cancel this appointment". It is not possible to change an appointment in the My BMW App. If necessary, cancel a booked service appointment and book a new one.

 

You can only cancel service appointments in the My BMW App that you have booked in the My BMW App. If you scheduled an appointment directly with your BMW service center, please contact them directly. If you have booked an appointment with another BMW service center, search for it on the map of the My BMW App and select the "Show appointment" option.

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the app.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW service center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
