Is information about my vehicle and its service requirements automatically sent to my BMW service center after I have made an appointment in the My BMW App?

Yes. The My BMW App automatically transmits current information about your vehicle and its service requirements to your BMW service center after you have booked a service appointment in the My BMW App. 

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the app.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW service center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
