Can I book a service appointment with any BMW service center in the My BMW App?

You can book a service appointment for your BMW at participating BMW service centers in the My BMW App.

 

  • Open the My BMW App
  • Select "BMW Services & Store tab (car and shopping bag icon from bottom row)
  • "Schedule Service"
  • Select blue "Start"
  • "Available services" - choose your service needs.
  • "Select Date and Time" and a date/time for your service appointment. You can also "Choose a mobility substitute" if pick-up/return is available from you BMW Center..

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the My BMW App.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW Center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
