Can I use the My BMW App to make a service appointment with my BMW service center to pick up or return my BMW?

You can book a service appointment with pick-up or return of your BMW at participating BMW service centers in the My BMW App.

  • Open the My BMW App
  • "Vehicle" tab
  • Under "Dealer Services, select "Schedule service"
  • Under "Available services" - choose from options.    
  • "Select Date and Time" and a date/time for your service appointment.  Ask for the pick-up or return option if this is available. 

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the My BMW App.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW Center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
