How do I book a service appointment with my BMW service center in the My BMW App?

You can book a service appointment with pick-up or return of your BMW at participating BMW service centers in the My BMW App.

  • Open the My BMW App
  • Select "Services & Stores" tab from bottom row (car & shopping bag icon)
  • "Schedule Service" 
  • "Available services" - choose your service needs.
  • "Select Date and Time" and a date/time for your service appointment. 
  • "Check"
  • Review details and check box to agree to terms.
  • "Schedule appointment"

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the My BMW App.

 

The request is transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW Center will then contact you for confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
