How do I book a service appointment with my BMW service center in the My BMW App?

You can book a service appointment for your BMW at participating BMW service centers in the My BMW App. Select "Vehicle" (tab) > "Dealer services" > "Schedule service". You can select the service appointment at your preferred or any other BMW service center.

 

You can book a service appointment with pick-up or return of your BMW at participating BMW service centers in the My BMW App.

  • Open the My BMW App
  • Select Vehicle tab from bottom row
  • "Dealer Services"
  • "Schedule Service" 
  • "Available services" - choose your service needs.
  • "Select Date and Time" and a date/time for your service appointment. 

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the My BMW App.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW Center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
