How can I open the automatic doors of my BMW with the Remote Services of the My BMW App?

You can open the automatic doors of your BMW via the Remote Services in the My BMW App. Your BMW requires BMW Operating System 8 (service pack 2021) or newer and the options "Comfort Access" and "Parking Assistant Professional". The Digital Key Plus must be installed.

 

Perform the following to open or close the doors using remote functions in the MY BMW App:

  1. "Vehicle" (tab)
  2. "Remote functions"
  3. "Comfort Open & Close" and select the door you want to open.

 

Please note: The doors will only move as long as you're holding the button, and you must be within 19 feet of your vehicle.
