Where and how can I leave feedback in the My BMW App?

You can submit your feedback directly in the My BMW App at any time:

  1. Open the My BMW App.
  2. Select "Profile".
  3. Scroll to the "Feedback" section and select "App feedback" and click "Share".
  4. Choose a feedback category and enter your comment (max. 500 characters).
  5. Tap "Submit".


By submitting your feedback, you agree to share additional information details like your app ID, device information (e.g., brand, version), general vehicle information (e.g., model, drivetrain type), and location information (city level).
