What does the "private charging" option in the route settings mean for a route optimized for charging in the My BMW App?

If the destination of your route planning is out of range for your BMW electric vehicle, the My BMW App suggests time-optimized charging stops along the route. In the "route settings" (route configuration), you can define general avoidance criteria and the minimum state of charge for all charging stations en route and at the destination. If you activate the "private charging" option for your saved favorites "home" and "work", the minimum state of charge set at the destination for these two addresses will not be taken into account. The My BMW App always plans arrival at these two destinations with a minimum state of charge in order to minimize the number of charging stops en route.
