What are the benefits of proactive navigation in my BMW with Operating System 9?

Based on your linked BMW ID, BMW Maps learns your habits and anticipates which destination you are likely to drive to next. BMW vehicles with Operating System 8 or newer save learned destinations and routes in the BMW Cloud and synchronize them with the My BMW App. You can manage learned destinations in the My BMW App and receive notifications about the current traffic situation on the route and the estimated driving time.

 

Please note: "Learning navigation" is only active in your BMW if you have agreed to the privacy settings in the vehicle.
