Where can I find instructions on how to use the My BMW App?

Explore helpful tutorials to navigate and master the My BMW App. 

  • Open the My BMW App 
  • "Profile" (tab)
  • Under "Help & contact" header, open "Help Center"
  • "App Tutorials"

 

You can also go to the "Explore" tab (lightbulb icon) and select "Tutorials" then "My BMW App" to view BMW USA YouTube page how-to videos.
