Where can I find an overview of the BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades booked and available for my BMW in the My BMW App?

You can find an overview of the BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades booked and view available BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades for your BMW in the My BMW App.

To view booked services:

  • Open the My BMW App
  • "BMW Services & Store" tab
  • Under "Manage Your Services", select "Booked on your BMW"
  • You can view the services booked for your vehicle and their expiration dates.  

 

To view available BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades: 

  • Open the My BMW App
  • "BMW Services & Store" 
  • "Upgrades for Your Vehicle" - select "View All"
  • "Available upgrades" will be listed
  • Select "Order Now" to book directly in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store.

 

Please note: Only the primary user can book BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades. You must have saved a billing address and a payment method in your account in the My BMW portal in order to complete the purchase.
