I have signed up for BMW ChargeForward program. Why have I not received my incentive payment for my CAISO program account?

Check your spam email/junk folders and ensure your inbox is not full. If you still haven’t received an email from noreply@Dash.Digital with an option to select your preferred redemption method, contact bmwiconcierge@bmwusa.com and include your BMW ID and VIN.
