How will I receive my incentives earned for the BMW ChargeForward Carbon Dividend or CAISO programs?

Starting with the latest incentive payout from BMW ChargeForward for participation incentives earned during Q3 and Q4 of 2025, we are offering new flexible redemption options. Customers receiving an incentive payout for the Carbon Dividend and CAISO programs will now be able to select from a variety of options to redeem their funds:

 

  • Add a virtual card to their Apple/Google Wallet
  • Add the funds to their Venmo or PayPal account
  • Deposit the funds directly to their personal debit card or bank account
  • Request a physical gift card in the mail

 

Customers will receive an email from noreply@Dash.Digital to select their preferred redemption method. For questions or issues redeeming their virtual funds, customers can reach out to dashcares@dashsolutions.com for assistance.
