Highway Assistant can be used under the following conditions:
- Driving is on a road like a highway without pedestrians or cyclists, with physical barriers to oncoming traffic and controlled access.
- Because of the system limits, the system can also remain active on roads without structural separations and may not react as expected. There is risk of accident. Deactivate the system if it is enabled on roads without structural separations.
- Lane is clearly detected and there is sufficient lane width and wide curve radius.
- The Highway Assistant is not available in Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii. Federal, state, or local laws may differ, and the use of this function may be prohibited or limited. Before use, check federal, state, and local laws.
