- The service availability matrix provides an overview of when a particular feature became available on a particular model. Actual availability of particular features in a vehicle may depend on vehicle options, vehicle software version, other technical restrictions, applicable laws, or applicable ConnectedDrive Terms. To confirm eligibility for a particular vehicle, please visit the ConnectedDrive Store and log in with the BMW ID associated to that vehicle.
- Prices, durations, and features are subject to change, subject to applicable laws and ConnectedDrive Terms.
- Dates shown reflect model year (e.g., 2020) or initial production dates (e.g., Mar-19) when a particular feature first became available. Some vehicles are no longer able to access the features due to technology discontinuations, such as discontinuation of cellular connectivity. On most Model Year 2023 and newer vehicles, an active ConnectedDrive contract is required in order to activate most features.
- Whether equipped with BMW Digital Standard or BMW Digital Premium, all vehicles will have BMW Assist eCall, TeleService, and Remote Services available for as long as technically capable and in accordance with applicable law, ConnectedDrive Terms, and other restrictions.
