What is BMW Gesture Control in my BMW with BMW Operating System 7?

Several iDrive functions (such as accepting/rejecting calls or turning volume up an down) can be operated by hand motion using BMW Gesture Control. The camera in the headliner detects gestures that are carried out in the area of the center console at the height of the control display.
