What happens if my wallet or smartphone are lost or stolen, or I simply want to remove a Digital Key from my BMW?

The " Main Key" is the key of the vehicle owner and can be deleted via smartphone or iDrive at anytime.

 

Via Smartphone:

  1. Open Apple Wallet/ Google Pay/ Samsung Pass App 
  2. Navigate to "Main Key" 
  3. Choose "Remove This Car Key" for iPhone OR  "Delete Key" for Google/ Samsung

 

Via iDrive:

  1. Navigate to Digital Key Menu
  2. Select the desired key
  3. Choose "Delete"
