If charging does not start via Plug & Charge, use your My BMW App to start the charge instead. If this doesn’t work either, there may be issues with the charger, so try another charger. Check the adapter connection; you should hear a click when attaching and a locking noise when plugging into your vehicle. Keep your adapter and charging port clean and free of debris for optimal connection. Do not use a charger connector that is damaged.
