How do I add my vehicle to my BMW Profile if I am having issues mapping through the My BMW App or if App says message fleet status?

To update your vehicle status information or for any other mapping issues, send proof of ownership documents to customercare@bmwassist.com. Acceptable documents include at least two of the following:

 

  • A copy of the vehicle Title
  • A copy of the vehicle Registration (temporary registration not accepted)
  • A copy of the vehicle Insurance card
  • Note:  Sales documents are NOT accepted as proof of ownership.

 

Please compress the attachments to make them as small as possible. You will be notified when your vehicle information has been updated to enable online mapping.
