How do I change/update my Electrify America payment method?

Perform the following steps to update your payment method on file with Electrify America.  Note that you must add a new payment method before you can remove the old one.

 

  • Open the MyBMW app and log in.
  • Under "Charging", select "More".  
  • Under 'Services", select "Electrify America".
  • Select "Manage My Plan".
  • Select the "Payment Method and Apple Wallet" tab.
  • Select "Add a payment method" and enter credit card details.
  • Once you have added a new payment method, select the old payment method and choose "Remove".
