How to operate BMW iDrive with fewer switches in BMW Operating System 8?

Then BMW iDrive with BMW Operating System 8 features an intuitive touch display for fewer buttons on board. Most relevant controls and systems are clustered together for ease of use. Depending on your model, you can find these control clusters in the doors, steering wheel, roof lining, and on the center console. 

 

Each control center has a quick link button, leading to the settings menu for that specific cluster. This allows for additional configuration settings, based on your specific needs or wants.
