The widgets can be adjusted in the main menu. It is possible to create multiple pages with widgets and switch between pages but only a maximum of 4 widgets can be displayed per page. The adjustments can only be performed when the vehicle is stationary.
Perform the following in the iDrive menu with the Controller to rearrange widgets:
- Select the desired page in the main menu. Only the currently selected page can be adjusted.
- Tip the Controller up.
- "Adjust main menu"
- Select the desired adjustment:
- Select the '+' icon and select desired widget: add new widget. The requested widget will be inserted in the relevant position. Select 'x' icon: delete selected widget.
- Add new page: "Add page".
- Delete selected page: "Delete page".
- Adjust the content of the widget: select widget.
- "Done"

Perform the following in the iDrive menu to rearrange widgets:
- Select the desired page in the main menu. Only the currently selected page can be adjusted.
- Tap the shaded/equal sign icon in the main menu.
- Select the desired adjustment:
- Tap on the '+' icon and select desired widget: add new widget. The requested widget will be inserted in the relevant position.
- Tap on the icon with the arrows pointing away from each other to make the widget larger.
- Tap on the icon with the arrows pointing toward each other to make the widget smaller.
- Tap on the 'x' icon. The widget is deleted.
- Add new page: tap "Add page".
- Delete selected page: tap "Delete page".
- Adjust content of the widget: tap center of widget.
- Tap "Done".
