How do I make a payment to my BMW Financial Services account?

There are many ways that you can make a payment on your BMW Financial Services account.

 

Online:

  • Make a payment online via My Account:  Log in to MyBMW
  • My BMW App: To utilize the My BMW App to make a payment, you will need to link your My BMW web account.
    • Open the My BMW App.
    • Choose the All Services tab (shopping bag and car icon)
    • Scroll down to "Financial Services"
    • Choose “Self serve your agreements”
    • Once your account is linked you can make payments via the app or web.

 

By Phone:

  • Call 800-578-5000 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make a one-time, same-day payment.

 

By Mail:  Include your 10-digit BMW Financial Services Account # on the check.

Phoenix, AZ 85062-8103

 

 

BMW FS accepts payment by checking account, savings account, or debit cards for monthly payments. Credit card payments are not accepted.
