BMW Proactive Care keeps you informed and helps you with all service matters.
Here’s how to set it up.
- First, make sure you’re logged into your BMW with your BMW ID and make sure it is connected on the My BMW App.
- Next, in iDrive, go to “System Settings,” and scroll to “Data Privacy” and activate “All services including analysis”
- Now, from the vehicle tab on the My BMW App, scroll down to DEALER SERVICES , then tap “Select Dealer”. BMW service partners will be displayed on the map and listed below.
- Choose your favorite BMW service partner and then, select “Save as Preferred”
Now they will be informed in case your car needs service, or about registered check control messages. You will also get notified via the My BMW app.
