How do I contact BMW ConnectedDrive?

Only in the event of an emergency:  Press the SOS button to contact a BMW Assist Response Center agent for help. Under certain conditions, for example if the airbags are deployed, your vehicle will automatically call BMW Assist immediately after an accident of corresponding severity. 

For non-emergency situations:  Contact ConnectedDrive by selecting “BMW Customer Support” or “BMW Assist” option within the vehicle. This can be accessed in the following ways, based on your vehicle’s iDrive/Operating System generation:

• • Operating System 8 and later:
    • Select the “BMW Assist” app
    •  “BMW Customer Support”
    • “Call BMW Assist”
  • iDrive 7:
    • Select “COM” menu
    •  “BMW Assist”
    • “BMW Customer Support”
