For issues with your BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrade installation, contact ConnectedDrive Customer Care at customercare@bmwassist.com before you go visit your BMW Center. Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Vehicle’s VIN
- BMW ID Associated to vehicle (i.e., the BMW ID with which you made the purchase of the ConnectedDrive Upgrade)
- Issue description. Please include any pics/screenshots to help demonstrate the issue.
- Please confirm whether you have driven the vehicle for at least 30 minutes continuously after purchasing the feature.
Most issues can be resolved quickly and remotely without a trip to your BMW Center. We can review your specific circumstances and provide you with the best possible path to fix your problem, including:
- Payment issues
- Possible back-end connection issues
- Simple troubleshooting steps you can perform at home
However, if we are unable to address your issue, we will advise you that a visit to a BMW Center may be necessary.
