How do I opt out/unsubscribe from receiving correspondence from BMW of North America?

We provide an 'unsubscribe' link in our emails to you. If you do not wish to receive correspondence from BMW NA, you may manage your preferences on the ‘My Profile’ page of the My BMW website, or by calling BMW Customer Relations at (800) 831-1117. To prevent notifications in BMW apps, you may update the settings on your mobile device. 

 

If you would like to be removed from emails or mailings from an authorized BMW dealer or center, you must contact them directly. BMW NA is not responsible for and cannot remove your information from a BMW dealer's or center’s communication list.

 

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may continue to send you transactional emails.
