How do I deactivate Personal eSIM?

1. Open the My BMW App. 
2. Select "Profile" tab.
3. Scroll to 3rd Party Services and select "Personal eSIM" 
4. Select the "Deactivate" button

Deactivating will permanently delete all personal eSIM data from all your vehicles and your BMW ID.  

Please check with your mobile network provider to ensure that the cancellation is reflected in their system.
