First check your vehicle charging settings to make sure it is set to "Charge Immediately." Additionally, ensure that the amperage setting in your vehicle is appropriate for the Wallbox. Consult your vehicle’s Owner’s Manual for the recommended amperage setting.
If the settings in the vehicle are fine, there is an indicator lamp on the Wallbox to signal that it is ready for operation. If the signal light is blue, then the Wallbox is ready for operation. If the signal light is red or off, the Wallbox is not ready for operation and has errored.
Check the power supply at your home breaker panel to check the breaker status. If the Wallbox indicator light is red, then reset the Wallbox by turning off the Wallbox breaker at your home's electrical panel for a few minutes, then turn it back on and retest charging. If the indicator is off, then check the status of the Wallbox breaker and reset it if it is off.
You will find further causes and possible solutions for malfunctions in the operating instructions for your Wallbox. If problems persist, contact the qualified electrician commissioned to install the Wallbox or the manufacturer.
