Can I set the level of energy recovery (recuperation) of my fully electric BMW with BMW Operating System 8?

Depending on the model and equipment, your BMW supports an anticipatory and comfort-orientated driving style through Adaptive Recuperation. To customize the level of recuperation in gear position "D" in your fully electric BMW with BMW Operating System 8, select the following in BMW iDrive:

 

  • "Menu"
  • "Vehicle apps"
  • "Driving settings"
  • "Drive and suspension"
  • "Recuperation in gear position D" and the desired strength "Adaptive", "High", "Medium" or "Low".
