Are there public charging stations with a limited operating period where I cannot charge my electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle at certain times?

Some public charging stations, e.g. at supermarkets or shopping centers, have a limited operating period. Outside this period, you cannot charge your electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.
