How can I ensure that my BMW electric vehicle is charged enough for my next trip when it is connected to the BMW Wallbox Professional and I am using the bidirectional Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) or Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) features?

Your mobility is always the priority. When using bidirectional charging, you can set a minimum battery charge level in the My BMW App or directly in your BMW. This minimum charge can be set between 10% and 50%, with 20% as the default setting. If the battery level is below your selected minimum, the vehicle will first charge up to that level at maximum charging power. Once the minimum charge is reached, the battery can be used for bidirectional charging up to 80%, but the vehicle will never discharge below the minimum level you set.
