What additional requirements and equipment are necessary if I want to use the Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) feature with the BMW Wallbox Professional?

For Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) backup power, you need a compatible BMW electric vehicle, the BMW Wallbox Professional, a valid BMW ID, the My BMW App, and the required BMW Home Backup System Professional components, including the BMW Power Module Professional and BMW Gateway Module Professional.

The system must be installed by a certified electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes, permitting, inspection, and utility requirements. A stable Internet connection is recommended for connected features, software updates, and app controls.
