You do not need a special electricity plan to use Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) for home backup power with the BMW Home Backup System Professional.

Future Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) applications may require a specific electricity plan, utility program, or technical setup depending on market availability, utility requirements, and applicable regulations.
