If your vehicle does not charge completely at the BMW Wallbox, check in the My BMW App or in the vehicle infotainment whether a charging target has been set. This can be found under the “Charging” settings. Depending on the infrastructure, a charging process in progress may have been interrupted. If problems persist, contact the qualified electrician commissioned to install the Wallbox or the manufacturer.
