How do I deactivate the Lane Departure Warning in my BMW with BMW iDrive Operating System 7?

Lane Departure Warning warns you if your vehicle is about to leave the road or lane by means of a vibration in the steering wheel and by displaying warnings in the instrument cluster. To deactivate the Lane Departure Warning in your BMW with BMW iDrive Operating System 7, select the following in BMW iDrive:

 

  1. "CAR"
  2. "Settings"
  3. "Driver Assistance"
  4. "Safety and warnings"
  5. "Lane Departure Warning"
  6. "Off"
