What are the benefits of Curve-Ahead View in my BMW with Operating System 9?

Curve-Ahead View helps you to adapt your speed to the course of the curve. The intelligent curve anticipation highlights curves on the route in color in the BMW Head-up display and shows your speed before and in the curve.

The curve’s radius is shown with an arrow:

  • One arrow: wide curve.
  • Two arrows: medium curve.
  • Three arrows: tight curve.

In addition, this view uses colors to indicate whether the vehicle speed matches the recommended speed. If the current speed is significantly different from the recommended speed, the curve preview is colored red.

 

Curve-Ahead View is available in BMW models with BMW Operating System 9 and BMW Digital Premium.
