What is BMW Symbiotic Drive, and how does it support the driver?

BMW Symbiotic Drive is a new piece of BMW technology, featured in the new Neue Klasse vehicles like the iX3, that builds upon the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). It also allows the driver to influence the system according to their preferences—for example, lightly intervening in the steering, braking, and accelerating without switching off driver assistance features. This creates an almost symbiotic interaction between the driver, vehicle and an even smoother driving experience.
