How do I set the steering intervention of Active Blind Spot Detection in my BMW with BMW iDrive Operating System 7?

Active Blind Spot Detection detects vehicles in the blind spot or vehicles approaching from behind in the adjacent lane. The warning light in the exterior mirror warns the driver at different levels. 

 

Vehicles with steering intervention: switching steering intervention on/off: The steering intervention can be switched on and off separately for Active Blind Spot Detection and lane departure warning:
