- Call 1-800-332-4BMW (800-332-4269) for Roadside Assistance or Accident Assistance.
- In your vehicle, you can contact BMW Roadside Assistance or Accident Assistance by selecting the appropriate “BMW Roadside Assistance” or “BMW Accident Assistance” option within iDrive This can be accessed in the following ways, based on your vehicle’s iDrive/Operating System generation.

- Operating System 8 and later: Select the “BMW Assist” app and then select “BMW Roadside Assistance” / “BMW Accident Assistance”
- iDrive 7: Select “COM” menu. Then, select “BMW Assist” > “BMW Roadside Assistance” / “BMW Accident Assistance”
- iDrive 6 and iDrive 5: Choose the “ConnectedDrive” tile from the main menu. Then select “BMW Assist” > “BMW Roadside Assistance” / “BMW Accident Assistance”
- In the My BMW App, select the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and then select “24/7 Accident & Roadside Assistance”
