If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Benefits will end immediately. If cancelled more than 30 days after purchase, you will be entitled to a refund of the unused portion of the contract purchase price, calculated pro rata, without any deductions. The pro rata refund will be calculated using the number of months that have elapsed since the purchase date.
The BMW Center will pay any refund due within 45 days of its receipt of a cancellation request, unless otherwise required by law. If you are requesting a refund from the BMW Center where you purchased the plan, you may receive a credit of the purchase back to your credit card. Otherwise, a refund check will be mailed to you.
