How do I schedule an appointment for a wheel or tire change at BMW?

You can schedule an appointment for a wheel or tire change directly with your preferred BMW service center, in the My BMW App select "Vehicle" (tab) > "Dealer services" > "Schedule service". You can select the service appointment at your preferred or any other BMW service center.

 

Please note: Some BMW centers use their own scheduling systems, and you will be redirected to their website from the app.

The option is initially transmitted to the BMW service center as a non-binding request. Your BMW service center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
