Where can I find the charging socket flap on my 2022 BMW iX or 2026 BMW iX?

The connections for external DC and AC charging of the high-voltage battery are located in the rear side panel on the right of your 2022 BMW iX and 2026 BMW iX. The charging power sockets are protected from dust and environmental influences by a charging socket flap with an integrated seal. A status light in the area of the connection indicates the charging status.

 

Charger will be locked in port when vehicle is locked. (Function "Unlock after Charge" available in Head Unit.)
