How do I activate the automatic time setting in my 2022 BMW iX and 2026 BMW iX?

Various settings can be applied for the date and time display such as the date format. The time zone can be set and automatic time setting can be activated. With automatic time setting, the time, date and, if necessary, the time zone are updated automatically.

 

2022 BMW iX

Perform the following in the BMW iDrive operating system for your 2022 BMW iX:

  1. "MENU"
  2. "Vehicle apps"
  3. "System settings"
  4. "Date and time"
  5. Select the desired settings.

 

2026 BMW iX

Perform the following in the BMW iDrive operating system for your 2026 BMW iX:

  1. "APPs menu"
  2. "Vehicle"
  3. "System settings"
  4. "Date and time"
  5. Select the desired settings.
